Job DescriptionFinance Business PartnerLocation: Stoke or Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)Contract: Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)Are you a commercially minded finance leader who thrives on driving performance, standardising operations, and making change happen?Were looking for a Finance Business Partner to support high-profile ISS UK contractsplaying a key role in operational delivery across multiple areas, including the integration of the DWP contract and the launch of our new KAN office in Birmingham. You'll lead on commercial pricing for all new bids and retentions in your area, while setting up workflows and back-office functions that enable efficient, compliant, and scalable contract execution.This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can influence stakeholders, deliver actionable insight, and drive meaningful improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.What Youll Do:Lead all commercial pricing and financial modelling for new business and retentionsSupport the setup of workflows and financial processes for new operations, including the Birmingham KAN office and DWP integrationDrive financial and operational efficiency by standardising reporting and back-office functionsAct as a trusted business partnerchallenging performance and supporting improvement initiatives, cost savings, and contract negotiationsEnsure robust financial governance across contracts, including reconciliations, change control, and client reportingDeliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and timely month-end reportingIdentify and mitigate financial and commercial risks earlyCollaborate closely with Procurement and Account teams to align supply chain strategy with business needsSupport audits and deliver high-quality analysis to inform decisionsWhat Youll Bring:Part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/CA) with strong commercial finance experienceProven ability to work cross-functionally and manage change in complex environmentsExcellent stakeholder and relationship management skillsStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awarenessAdvanced Excel and strong system capabilitiesAt ISS, we connect people and places to make the world work better.
