What Youll DoYou will play a critical part in analysing new and existing opportunities, delivering actionable insights, and helping drive informed investment decisions. Your work will influence deal execution, asset repositioning strategies, and long-term portfolio growthYoull work closely with the Investment and Asset Management teams on:Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, IRR, NPV)Market research and deal executionAsset management and leasing strategyData analysis of tenant metrics, footfall, sales, demographicsProducing dashboards and insights for real-time decision makingSupporting investor reporting, fundraising, and complianceQualificationsBachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative fieldExperience in investment banking, private equity or the real estate sector is advantageous if you're an early career candidatePackage50,000 - 75,000 DOEMon - Fri 9am - 6pmTravel expensesPrivate healthcare, gym membership, mobile allowance A clear path for long-term progression28 days holidayPlease Note: Mavrec are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
