Job DescriptionInvestigo are currently partnered with a global software development and IT services organisation, who are searching for a Senior Procurement Manager to join the team, responsible for their Professional Services and HR spend.You will become part of a recently formed procurement function, at an exciting time for the business, as they enter a new phase of strategy and growth.As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management Develop and execute procurement strategies for HR & professional services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.Contract Negotiation & Risk Mitigation Lead negotiations with suppliers for recruitment, training, consulting, and other professional services, securing favourable terms while managing contractual risks.Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to understand business needs, optimize service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.Supplier Performance & Compliance Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.Cost Optimization & Budget Management Identify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and value-added initiatives while managing budgets and procurement spend effectively.What's on offer?85,000 salary + bonusFlexible working (2 days a week in Birmingham)Excellent benefits packageIf this is of interest, please APPLY or contact Andrew Docwra @ Investigo for further information.
