CAD Manager -BirminghamDeliver high-quality designs and wiring diagrams for the company's product range, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Review specifications and ensure compliance with standards.Collaborate with clients and teams to agree on design routes.Produce accurate drawings and develop system software elements.Manage major projects independently and attend site visits confidently.Handle contractual matters and negotiate price variations.Train new staff and support team improvement initiatives.Prioritise workload effectively under pressure.Provide excellent customer service and flexibility for out-of-hours work.Qualifications• Electrical Qualifications• AutoCAD/BIM/Revit Essential• Strong knowledge and experience of AUTOCAD. • Good understanding of electrical specifications • Understanding project delivery requirements.Personal Qualities/Attributes • Converse with a diverse range of people (Internal and external clients) through various forms of media and face to face.• Effectively communicate in writing to clients (Internal & External).• Ability to work under pressure and have a positive and determined attitude to complete the project(s).• Excellent organisational skills.
