Digital Designer Birmingham-based agency | Hybrid working (3 days in office) Salary: £35-40k DOE + benefits On behalf of our client, we're seeking a talentedDigital Designerto join a forward-thinking, creative agency based in central Birmingham. In this role, you'll deliver high-performing, on-brand digital design across ecommerce websites, mobile experiences, paid ads, CRM/email campaigns, and social content. You'll collaborate with strategists, developers, and marketers to ensure every project is not only visually striking but also drives measurable results. You'll be adept at designing for digital-first brands, balancing aesthetics with functionality, and simplifying complex challenges through thoughtful design. While the team has strong branding expertise, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to brand strategy and visual identity projects-building your skills as you go.
