Legal Secretary Conveyancing (Part-Time) Location: Sheldon Working Pattern: 3 days per week Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) One additional day flexible Warwick Recruit is working on behalf of a well-established legal practice to recruit an experienced Part-Time Legal Secretary to support their Conveyancing department . This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented legal secretary with prior conveyancing experience, strong audio typing skills, and a professional telephone manner. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive administrative support to conveyancing fee earners Audio typing of dictated documents (essential) Document production, editing and formatting using firm templates Handling incoming telephone enquiries and liaising with clients Supporting money laundering compliance and file closing procedures General administration including scanning, filing and archiving Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing is essential Strong audio typing skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Flexible, positive and team-focused approach Strong communication and client service skills Experience using SOS Connect would be advantageous but is not essential Whats on Offer Part-time role (3 days per week) Flexible working day in addition to Monday and Tuesday Friendly and supportive working environment Apply To apply, please submit your CV and a brief covering statement via the job board.
