To apply, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Penny at 01214541004, or out of hours on 07779 613717, or email with your CV.Responsibilities:Hit the ground running as the appointed planning partner.Oversee a team of talented planning lawyers, ensuring their growth and development.Provide expert guidance on a wide range of planning matters, from residential to commercial developments, in both private and public sectors.Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure clients receive high-quality legal advice and representation.Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.Work closely with the partnership, especially the real estate team.Prepare a strategic business plan as part of the recruitment process, outlining growth strategies for the planning team.Candidate Requirements:Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE and a strong background in planning law in both private and public sectors.Ideally a current partner in a law firm seeking the next career challenge.Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team across multiple locations.Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, committed to high ethical standards.Technically proficient in planning, highways, and environmental law.eNL will never share your CV without permission.
