From then on, we have grown into a respected community landlord and Community Anchor, working alongside our local community to deliver essential services and health and wellbeing activities to help residents to thrive across the Erdington Constituency.We’re an ambitious and growing organisation; if you enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, putting your skills to good use and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.Purpose of the Role To provide high-level administrative, organisational, and project support to the Heads of Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, internal and external communications, and coordination of multiple projects and services across the organisation. JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities:- Administrative • Proactive diary management, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior leaders. • Drafting agendas, taking minutes, and circulating action logs for strategic and operational meetings. • Preparing professional correspondence, presentations, and reports. Projects Support • Producing Action Trackers and following up with relevant officers, for updates ahead of project meetings. • Tracking project actions/ reports timelines, and documentation. • Maintaining shared project folders, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support delivery. Information Management • Managing contact databases, CRM systems, stakeholder lists, and distribution channels. • Collating and formatting data for reports, grant applications, and funding returns. Communications & Engagement • Supporting internal communications (staff meetings, away days, management team meetings). • Communicating with partners, funders, and stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders. Operational Efficiency • Supporting procurement, processing invoices, room bookings, and event co-ordination. • Assisting with compliance tracking (e.g., audits, quality assessments, accreditation renewals). • Enhancing systems and procedures across the organisation.Salary Band: £25,000-£28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) 37hrs per week (full time)Based in Erdington, BirminghamApply here
