Estates AdministratorLocation: Birmingham Job Type: Full-time Department: Occupier Services, EMEA Hybrid working - 2 days from home / 3 in the office We are seeking an Estates Administrator to join my client's dynamic team in Birmingham. This role involves providing efficient and effective administrative support within the Occupier Services department, ensuring smooth operations across a mixed propertyportfolio. The successful candidate will report to two Surveyors and an Account Director, playing a crucial role in coordinating property management tasks and client communications. Day-to-day of the role:Coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings and updates. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports. Handle telephone queries, liaise with company departments, log calls with client FM Helpdesk, and manage internal portal for reactive maintenance jobs. Collaborate with internal colleagues, third-party consultants, contractors, and client teams to develop solutions. Arrange and assist with property inspections, ensuring that property files are up to date. Draft input forms for our accounts team and manage inbox communication.
