Job DescriptionOur client, a large design and engineering consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Administrator for a 6 month contract for their offices in Birmingham.This is a hybrid role, 37.5 hours per week.The role includes:Administration and management of the team inboxPoint of contact for invoice and rate queriesWorking with an offshore HR team and being the main point of contact for queries.Assisting the recruitment team with end to end recruitment processes as needed and supporting onboarding processes onto the HR systemArranging interviewsKeeping the HR system up to dateAbout you:You will have had Workday or a similar HR system experienceYou will be a confident communicator and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same timeYou will have worked in a recruitment or HR administration role previouslyThis is a unique opportunity to work for a standout employer.
