Job Description KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER AMAZONLEADING CONSUMER PRODUCTS BRAND This is a key commercial role within a highperforming retail function, owning one of the businesss largest and most strategically important accounts: Amazon UK.Reporting into the Head of Retail Sales, youll take full P&L responsibility for the account, driving profitable growth through bestinclass forecasting, availability, range strategy and execution. Youll operate as the Amazon lead internally, working crossfunctionally to maximise salesout performance across the full trading calendar.What they needA commercially sharp Amazon specialist who is comfortable with ownership, pace and accountability.Theyre looking for someone who can:Own sales, stock, forecasting and profitability endtoend for a major Amazon accountDrive salesout through optimised availability, content, range and promotional executionLead Joint Business Planning as a live commercial framework, not a static documentBuild strong, credible relationships with Amazon and internal stakeholdersUse data, EPOS and insight to spot gaps, unlock opportunity and drive actionBalance strategic thinking with handson delivery and attention to detailWhat youre great atManaging Amazon accounts with full commercial ownership (revenue, margin, forecast, costs)Forecasting and availability management, with a strong understanding of EPOS and supply chain dynamicsBuilding and delivering JBPs, including promotional planning and performance trackingRange and pricing management in partnership with product and category teamsAnalysing performance and taking decisive action to drive growthOperating confidently with large, complex retail partnersExperience requiredMinimum 2+ years experience in a commercial or account management roleProven experience managing an Amazon accountClear track record of delivering account growth and commercial resultsStrong analytical skills and commercial acumenWhy its compellingOwnership of a flagship Amazon accountHigh visibility role within a collaborative senior sales teamReal scope to influence strategy and best practice30% bonusHybrid workingThis role suits an Amazon Account Manager ready to step into broader responsibility, with genuine ownership and scale.We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all candidates.
