Job Description Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager / ManagerLocation: BirminghamContract: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time/Flexible consideredSalary: 55,000 - 60,000 per annum, DOEWe are a rapidly expanding, nationally recognised tax practice now hiring an experienced Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager or Manager.Our team is growing at pace, driven by exceptional demand across all sectors, and now offers an outstanding career opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their transfer pricing career.Working closely with a highly respected national Transfer Pricing Lead, you will support clients across the full transfer pricing lifecycle from policy development and documentation to controversy, economic analysis and strategic structuring.Whether you join at Assistant Manager or Manager level, you will enjoy constant support, exceptional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth, forward-thinking environment.We are seeking candidates with:Minimum 3 years' TP experience (Assistant Manager) or 5 years+ (Manager)Experience working directly with clients and intermediariesStrong project management, communication and stakeholder skillsAn interest in wider international tax areas (corporate tax compliance, due diligence, structuring) helpful but not essentialA passion for developing junior team members and contributing to a positive team cultureYou should also have strong exposure to a range of transfer pricing work such as:Thin capitalisationIP structuringTP policy-setting and documentationStatistical & economic analysisBenchmarkingIntra-group lending arrangementsCorporate interest restriction interactionsTP adjustments treatment (tax/customs)Implementation issuesAwareness of Pillar 2 developmentsProfessional QualificationsYou will hold one of the following (or equivalent):CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or A relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, finance, accounting or lawExtensive transfer pricing experience gained in practice or industry is required.Candidates currently operating at Senior Associate, Assistant Manager or Manager level are encouraged to apply.Only applicants who have the right to work in the UK and have relevant UK tax/TP experience will be considered.What's on OfferWe are known for genuinely valuing our people and investing in long-term careers.
