Design Manager

Opportunity for a Design Manager to join a fast-growing contractor, specialising in high-end and high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are a trusted and award-winning company known for excellence in construction, turning spaces into works of art. On this project you will be the Design lead across a £35M Cat A/B conversion of a historic building in Liverpool into an office development with a restaurant and social space within. You’ll be at the forefront of the design process from pre-construction through to handover, working alongside the Project and Commercial team to ensure the project's success.Key Responsibilities:Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion Integrating architectural vision with practical construction needsCoordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integrationEnsuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelinesOverseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory complianceCollaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional interiors projectsQualifications & Experience:Proven experience as a Design Manager across Internal fit out or refurbishment projectsArchitectural or Engineering background or relative Design qualificationDeep understanding of construction design processesExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholdersProficiency in design software and project management toolsIf you are well suited to this role, please apply through the link and we will contact you for a confidential discussion.
