Freelance Senior Site Manager – School Project (Liverpool)8–12 Weeks | Immediate Start | £300 per day We Are Footprint are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a school project in the Liverpool area.This is an 8–12 week contract, focused solely on external works, including hard and soft landscaping, drainage, and façade works. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced site with minimal supervision and have experience working on similar education sector projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all external works on a live school siteManage subcontractors and on-site labourEnsure all health 'safety standards are metCoordinate with clients, consultants, and the wider teamMonitor progress and resolve any on-site issues efficientlyRequirements:Valid CSCS CardSMSTS certificationFirst Aid at WorkPrevious experience delivering external works on school or education projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsLocation: LiverpoolDuration: 8–12 weeksDay Rate: £300This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor and play a key role in delivering a well-organised project.
