Job Title:ElectricianThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Location:MerseysideSalary:22.50 PAYE UmbrellaJob Type:Temp to PermAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client on their planned works team within the social housing sector.Duties:Undertake electrical installations including:Consumer unit upgradesFull/partial rewiresKitchen and bathroom electrical upgradesSmoke/heat alarm installationsVentilation and extractor fan installationsCarry out programmed maintenance works in accordance with contract specifications.Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works in line with regulations.Key Responsibilities:Work in both void and occupied propertiesFollow all health and safety regulations and company proceduresComply with statutory regulations, internal policies, and current wiring standardsRecord and report completed works using a PDA or similar systemRequirements:NVQ Level 3 Electrical InstallationAM22391 xjdpvnf 18th EditionDemonstrable experience, ideally within the social housing or domestic repair sectorFull UK driving licenceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + optional overtimeCompany van and fuel cardTemp to Perm Opportunities39 Hour weekIf you are interested, please apply today!
