Steel Erector Bromborough, Wirral Pay Rate: 16.00 17.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 (some flexibility required) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for long-term work) We are looking for an experienced Steel Erector to join our team in Bromborough , working across a range of customer sites. The role involves the assembly and installation of steel frameworks and structural components, ensuring safe and accurate erection of steelwork. Key Responsibilities: Erecting steel structures on industrial and commercial sites Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently Working at height using MEWPs, harnesses, or scaffolding where required Liaising with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Steel Erector Valid CSCS card (essential) IPAF and/or working at height training (preferred but not essential) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexibility with hours and willingness to work overtime if required Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Monday to Friday schedule Ongoing work with long-term potential for the right candidate Opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects Immediate start available.
