Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast performance, and update CRM systems regularly. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor industry developments and contribute to competitive bid strategies. Requirements Proven success in B2B business development, ideally within facilities or industrial service sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
