Critical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Environment – Billingham - £46,000£46,000 + Overtime + £1,500 HVAP Allowance (upon authorisation)Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm (with occasional out-of-hours work)A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the lead in a secure and high-availability Data Centre environment based in Billingham. This role involves managing a small team of engineers and overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of a critical facility.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and supervise a small team of engineers, ensuring high standards of service and safety.* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across critical building services.* Support infrastructure projects, including occasional evening and weekend work.* Perform monthly generator load tests (typically out of hours).* Ensure the site remains compliant with all statutory and regulatory obligations.* Act as a local point of contact for emergency responseRequirements:* Previous experience in a technical supervisory role, ideally within a critical environment such as a data centre or secure facility.* Strong technical background in electrical and/or mechanical systems.* Leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.* Willingness and flexibility to support out-of-hours work when needed.* Must live locally due ...
