This role is responsible for delivering world-class sales training across all levels of the organisation, ensuring consultants and managers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to drive performance and profitability.The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in improving productivity, maximising ratios, reducing dropouts, and accelerating time to profitability.What will you do?Deliver foundation and experienced sales training in line with the training calendarManage our academy cohorts, and continuing to roll out training through desk coaching, short classroom-based training, and role playsConduct one-to-one coaching and Training Needs Analyses (TNAs)Monitor back-at-desk performance and drive improvements in ratios, retainers, and dropoutsIdentify skills gaps and fast-track talent, working closely with managers and directorsAssist to continuously evaluate and update training content in line with market conditionsEnsure alignment with local business strategy and global L&D standardsSupport hiring efforts and performance issuesWhat are we looking for?Proven experience in sales training within a recruitment or performance-driven environment, delivering structured training programmesStrong understanding of recruitment metrics and desk-based performanceData-driven with the ability to track and measure training impactConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsExcellent people and relationship building skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalitiesActs as a role model for best practice and professional standardsA passion for driving measurable sales performance across a businessBe able to bring energy to the office every day!Why consider Select?Recent reward trips for high performers have included Mykonos, Cannes, and a private jet to Monaco!A brand new office space in Billericay!London Lunch and Breakfast Club incentivesExtended lunch hours to go to the gymMonthly team-building activities and socialsEarly finish on payday FridaysAn energetic and friendly work environmentAnd many more...Salary: Flexible depending on experienceLocation: Lake Meadows Business Park, BillericayWorking Pattern: In office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pmWork Location: In person
