This is a standalone, hands-on role suited to someone confident, autonomous, and proactive - able to anticipate issues, manage risk, and escalate to third-party advisors where required. You will work closely with Compliance, Finance, Payroll, and the Sales teams, supporting a contractor base of approximately 600 active contractors.What will you do?Ownership and management of all contracts, including:Candidate and contractor contractsClient terms and conditionsSupplier agreementsSupplier onboarding, ensuring legal and contractual complianceOversight of insurances and associated documentationManaging and maintaining accreditationsSupporting and responding to client audits Responsibility for A1 Forms (EU legal focus rather than compliance)Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders across the businessLiaising with and escalating matters to external legal advisers and third parties when requiredWhat are we looking for?Proven experience in a Legal Manager or senior legal/contracts roleStrong contracts background is essential International experience is highly desirableConfident working autonomously and making informed decisionsProactive, forward-thinking, and comfortable in a fast-growth environmentAble to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
