As the business continues to expand by winning market share, entering new markets, and through strategic acquisitions, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a forward thinking, high performing environment.Known for leading the market through innovative solutions and a commitment to exceptional service quality, the organisation offers a rewarding career path for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight and continuous improvement.Your new rolePrepare, analyse, and present accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecastsDevelop and maintain financial models and Excel based reporting tools to support decision makingSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles with reliable, data-driven outputsMaintain strong financial controls across fixed assets, inventory, journals, VAT returns, and reconciliationsDeliver meaningful commentary and variance analysis for senior stakeholdersAssist in month end, quarter end, and year end close processes to meet strict deadlines.Manage intercompany transactions in both GBP and EURIdentify cost saving opportunities and support finance transformation initiativesDrive process improvements, automation, and efficiency within finance systemsWhat you''ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will be a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACCA accountant with solid experience in management accounting, month end reporting to deadline, and strong analytical skills supported by advanced Excel capability. They will be comfortable interpreting financial data, producing clear commentary, and maintaining high standards of financial control. A background in a growing or fast paced organisation is advantageous, as is exposure to large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
