Conveyancing Solicitor

Morison and Smith Solicitorswww.morisonandsmith.comWe are looking for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join our expanding property department at Morison and Smith Solicitors within our Biggar office. You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and have experience of dealing with new build transactions, first home and have a general conveyancing background. You will be responsible for all aspects of the conveyancing transaction including, but not limited to, dealing with purchase and sales, drafting missives, noting title, obtaining reports and searches, reporting to and dealing with clients, drafting dispositions and security documentation, drafting Land Registration forms, submitting LBTT forms and all aspects of settlement and post settlement issues.
