This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a genuine commitment to quality, people, and community.About the RoleAs L&D Trainer, you'll be responsible for: Designing and delivering engaging training sessions across the business, from onboarding to professional developmentCreating and managing blended learning programmes (including e-learning content)Collaborating with managers to identify training needs and skill gapsEnsuring all compliance and mandatory training is completed and well-documentedUsing technology, including an LMS, to enhance learning access and track progressPromoting a positive learning culture that supports employee growth and retention This is a hands-on, on-site role, working directly with employees in a production environment. Some flexibility is required for occasional training during evenings or weekends.What We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from candidates who have: Proven experience in an L&D role, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or operational environmentsStrong knowledge of the learning cycle and training best practicesExperience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning toolsExcellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging staff at all levelsA proactive, organised, and values-driven approach to their work Why Apply?
