Junior PPC Manager

As PPC Assistant, you'll support the delivery of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for a diverse range of clients. What You'll Be Doing Assist in the setup, management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and support ongoing optimisation Create client reports and extract meaningful insights from campaign data Manipulate and analyse data using advanced Excel Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes and industry trends Collaborate with wider digital team members to deliver integrated campaigns Support the team with ad hoc projects and campaign tasks What You'll Need to Apply Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills High attention to detail with advanced Excel capabilities Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft persuasive ad copy Genuine curiosity about human behaviour and digital interaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms Well-organised, efficient and able to meet tight deadlines Team player who's willing to support colleagues and work under pressure Understanding of the role digital plays in a client's business What You'll Get in Return Salary of up to 28k, performance-related bonuses, 25 days holiday + bank holidays & much more!
