Job Description Employment Type: Fixed Term ContractHours of Work: 37.5 hours per weekLocation: BidefordWhat will I be doing?As our People Assistant, youll be the welcoming first point of contact for everything People and Culture. Youll support colleagues across the full employee lifecycle and help create a positive, thoughtful and memorable experience at every touchpoint. You could be exactly what we need.What youll bring Experience in an HR admin or coordination role in a fast paced environment Confidence using HR systems (for example HiBob or TeamTailor) and Microsoft Office A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice A proactive, friendly and solutions focused approach Strong organisation and a keen eye for detail Clear communication skills with the ability to stay calm when things get busy CIPD Level 3 (desirable, not essential)Whats in it for you?We believe in taking care of our people.
