About the Role You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters with a particular emphasis on probate work (including both taxable and non-taxable estates). You will be encouraged to take ownership of your matters and contribute to the development of the department with full support, mentoring, and access to a team that includes STEP, TALL, ACTAPS-qualified professionals and a Court of Protection Panel Deputy. Your Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of private client matters, primarily probate and estate administration Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, tax, and estate planning Work closely with colleagues to support departmental growth and client development Ensure best-in-class client service, compliance, and regulatory standards Supervise and support junior staff where appropriate What Were Looking For Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2 + years PQE (all levels considered) Strong experience in probate and private client work STEP qualification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable Excellent client-facing skills and commercial acumen Driven, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively Why Choose Us?
