Job DescriptionSTORE MANAGER - LUXURY FORMAL MENSWEARBICESTER VILLAGECOMPETITIVE SALARY+ Bonus A new exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced high-end formalLUXURY MENSWEAR STORE MANAGER .Our client has a global presence whose style is one of effortless modern elegance and craftmanship, selling to UHNW clients of celebrities, royal families, and dignitaries. The brand has an outstanding reputation in the industry to uphold, selling exquisite crafted garments for a Mans universe. Selling both formal and casualwear, including MRTW, Leathergoods, Accessories, Shoes and Fragrance.As the Store Manager you have to achieve an enhanced level of clientelling, service and sales in line with the ambitions of the store and ensure that every client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service. The importance of a commercial, strategic, and people development driven manager is crucial.The Role:Reporting to the Retail Director EMEA and responsible for 1 Key Holder, and 3 Sales ConsultantsBeing the Brand Ambassador.Providing a unique in-store experience.Drive sales implementing with concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines the company strategy;Inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targetsTranslating the yearly target assigning and monitoring weekly and daily individual objectivesImplementing actions according to specific business opportunities (events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, staff rotation); Drive sales and profitability through the implementation of effective merchandising, marketing, and CRM strategies in alignment with HW.Develop and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating employees. Ensuring the effectiveness of the new staff induction program and providing constant in-store training sessions to all the team, following company guidelines - being responsible of the brand and product knowledge of the teamBeing able to build a loyal clientele through engaging and retaining activities leveraging all clientelling tools (client book, daily metrics...)Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience that reflects the brands valuesNetworking and advancing client baseConstantly monitoring staff behaviour and KPIs' achievement and coach each team member defining specific development plan through monthly touch basePlanning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floorManaging the stock in the most effective way constantly keeping focus on salesManaging operational activities (couriers, alterations, store cleanings, postage) optimizing cost, resources and timeCollaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals;Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment according to the highest standards.Embrace a culture of Innovation and continuous improvement.Ideal Candidate: Bachelors degreeProven experience and success as a Store Manager or senior Assistant Store Manager within luxury menswear Knowledge of high-end luxury menswear is essentialExperience managing store retail operations, visual merchandising, sales strategies, and budgetingStrong people leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommercially driven to supersede all targets setFlexibilityAdditional to the basic salary is :Bonus 10%, 1% store sales, Lunch allowance 1,000, 33 days Holiday, Clothing allowance, Cont. pension,Please email CVs to [email protected] or call direct on 07815939515Only successful candidates will be contacted.Please only apply if you have The Right to Work in the UK
