Plant Operator - Days Energy from Waste 40,000 package + bonus + benefits Oxfordshire SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a Plant Operator / Fuel Operator to join an Energy from Waste plant in the Bicester area in Oxfordshire. This role is working on a staggered days shift pattern and focuses on the safe, efficient running of fuel reception area ensuring a smooth and consistent delivery of waste to the boiler. Key responsibilities: Managing vehicle movements within the tipping hall and fuel reception areas Operating mobile plant and machinery, including forklifts and loading equipment Assisting with loading/unloading activities and weighbridge operations Carrying out routine plant checks, frontline maintenance and housekeeping Inspecting delivered waste and completing basic operational reports Working in line with all health, safety and environmental requirements This role involves working 6.30am 3pm 1 week and 10.30am 7pm the 2 nd week. 1 in 7 Saturdays are required also What were looking for: Experience operating mobile plant or heavy machinery in a process environment waste, biomass, quarry, landfill etc Mobile plant tickets would be advantageous Strong health and safety awareness Ability to work effectively within a team Package & progression: 40,000 total package inclusive of a partial shift allowance Site bonus scheme Pension and healthcare Clear career progression into wider operational roles within the business For more information or to apply, contact Steve Utton at SCINERGY Recruitment on 07441 955 901 TPBN1_UKTJ
