Pre Construction Manager

Pre Construction Manager - CONTRACT Working within the water industry, our client provides specialist engineering services and gained vast knowledge covering all geological and site conditions. Pre Construction Manager Duties; Maintain and develop new subcontractor resources Develop accurate cost analyses, work with the project team to compile pricing, manage tendering, and coordinate site surveys. Work with Project Managers during the transition from pricing to contracts. Perform site surveys to assess risks and ensure full compliance. Coordinate with direct teams and subcontractors. Liaise with authorities, ensuring occupancy and safety compliance. Prepare Pre-Construction and Construction programs, highlight key dates and risks, and manage procurement schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and prepare documentation for the construction team. Build strong relationships with clients and manage multiple projects efficiently. Review all project documents for compliance with budget, company/client standards and constructability.
