Overseeing all manufacturing and production processes Designing new processes to improve quality, increase productivity and profitability Planning and managing rota to fulfil production demands Continuously monitoring production quality, costs, progress and onsite management on a daily basis Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines Working closely with senior management and other heads of departments to improve production efficiency, requirements, timelines and costs Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements Developing and implementing steps to complete training programmes Developing excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders Building comprehensive production strategies and sustainable plans by using external & internal resources, forecasts and historical figures Produce relevant reports on a regular basis and optimise forms and procedures Choosing and leading large project teams Taking part in project meetings, site visits, and noting any adjustments and additions to the project Organising all project-related paperwork Using real-time data collection to increase accuracy and lower labour costs Negotiating with suppliers and contractors Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on scheduleRequirements: Proficient Microsoft Office, SAP Must be able to work flexibly, when necessary Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal Strong work ethics, responsible, reliable and positive Must be able to work legally in the United KingdomLanguage Requirements: Mandarin Chinese (fluent) English (fluent) Any other languages will be a plus!Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contractPay: Up to 35,000.00 per yearAdditional pay: Performance bonusBenefits: Casual dress Employee discount Free parkingSchedule: Weekend availabilityWork Location: In person
