R9 Recruitment are seeking a Voids Construction/Trades Supervisor to oversee voids contracts for a leading social housing maintenance Contractor Client based in Dartford. This temporary-to-permanent role runs Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. * Supervise contract operations and manage operative workloads. * On board and Induct new starters * Liaise with residents and address concerns. * Maintain health and safety compliance on-site. * Provide guidance and support to operatives to maximise efficiency. * Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.
