Property Manager

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent lettings agency based in East London to recruit a Property Manager to join their experienced team. In this role you will be working within a team of 4 managing a portfolio of 700 properties, dealing with all aspects of maintenance and compliance. Perfect opportunity for an individual with some experience working in a property management related role looking for the next step. Interviewing now! Duties: Property Management Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors Organising emergency repairs and planned works Dealing with compliance safety Certs: EICR, Gas safety, EPC Conducting inspections Tenancy Administration Check ins/Check outs Dealing with any issues and complaints Experience/skills required: Experience working within a property management-based role Driving licence and own car would be beneficial Ability to speak Romanian would be beneficial but not essential Proactive and organised IT proficient Salary/Benefits: 30k salary pa.
