Current projects include schemes in Corby (20m), Portsmouth (7m), and Daventry (6m), with new projects in Croydon, Maidstone, Stevenage, and Hemel Hempstead due to commence shortly. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a long-term role with autonomy, variety, and a strong regional pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial delivery of major industrial and logistics projects. Manage cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts. Negotiate with subcontractors and oversee contract administration. Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure profitability. Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Minimum 7 years experience on industrial, logistics, or warehouse projects. Proficient in NEC or JCT contracts. Full UK driving licence.
