In this role, youll be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance across residential properties . If you have a strong background in building fabric maintenance (joinery, patch repairs, basic plumbing, tiling and painting, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Basic Joinery & Carpentry. Minor plumbing works. Tiling & painting. Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.
