Our Client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Chef Manager to lead their school kitchen in Forest Gate. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, deliver nutritious and appealing meals, and ensure a positive dining experience for pupils and staff. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, healthy meals in line with school food standards Lead, support, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain exceptional standards Manage ordering, stock levels, budgeting, and supplier relationships Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health & safety regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment Collaborate with school staff to support themed days, events, and special dietary needs About You You are a hands-on chef with excellent organisational skills and a passion for good food. You enjoy leading a team and creating a welcoming, calm kitchen culture.
