Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the venue's standards and specifications. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Adapt to different kitchen environments and menus as required. Assist in menu planning and development where necessary. Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a chef in various hospitality settings. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines. Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to varying kitchen dynamics. Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are advantageous.
