Senior BMS Engineer 70,000 80,000 + Benefits Canary Wharf, London A leading global facilities management provider is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer to take full ownership of the Building Management System at a prestigious commercial site in Canary Wharf. This is a static, site-based role offering genuine autonomy, technical ownership, and long-term stability at a flagship London location. The Role You will be the on-site BMS authority, responsible for ensuring the system operates at optimum performance. The position blends hands-on technical work with a proactive, improvement-led mindset, playing a key role in energy efficiency, system reliability, and overall building performance. Key Responsibilities End-to-end responsibility for the site's BMS operation and performance Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and system optimisation Interrogating BMS data to drive efficiency and energy reduction initiatives Working closely with on-site engineering teams, specialist contractors, and suppliers Ensuring all BMS works are delivered in line with H&S and statutory compliance Managing critical spares and supporting supply chain coordination About You Strong background working with BMS systems in live environments Electrically qualified (18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) Experience within large commercial or critical buildings Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident taking ownership of a site Clear communicator with a structured and methodical approach Package 70,000 80,000 salary, dependent on experience 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Static role at a single, high-profile Canary Wharf site Opportunity to work with a global FM provider on a flagship contract Comprehensive benefits package If you're an experienced BMS Engineer looking for real ownership, visibility, and progression in a stable, high-end environment, this role offers an excellent next step.
