This role is based on a flagship contract in a critical environment at Canary Wharf, one of London's most prestigious business districts. Role Overview: As a Workplace Technician , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's site. You'll work closely with the Engineering Team to support day-to-day activities, maintain high standards, and create a positive experience for all building occupants. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Engineering Team with planned and reactive maintenance tasks . Carry out minor repairs and adjustments to keep the site running efficiently. Support furniture moves and workspace reconfigurations . Help with event setups , ensuring spaces are prepared and functional. Respond promptly to reactive requests , maintaining service excellence. Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for all users. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a facilities or workplace support role is desirable. Practical skills in basic maintenance and problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. A proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
