Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead | About the Role As our Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead, you will: Lead the development and delivery of the schools EDI strategy and action plans with clear, measurable outcomes. Identify and address gaps and potential risks related to equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice. Work closely with the schools communication and engagement teams to ensure guidance, policies and resources support our EDI vision and are accessible to everyone.
