Thisseniorrole will encompass oversight across the organisation & involve Ensuring it is equipped toanticipate, withstand, recover from, and adapt to operational disruptions and emerging risks. Develop, implement, and continuously refine the operational resilience strategy, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practice. Oversee the resilience of operations and assets across the organisation, ensuring a consistent approach and robustimplementation of operational resilienceframeworks. To be considered, you will possess demonstrable commercial experience of: Significant operationalresilience and / or operational risk,preferably withinthefinancial services industries. Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCA).
