Do you have experience supervising or leading a production team? Do you have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment? They are now looking for a Production Team Leader to join the journey. The main purpose of this position is to drive production and safely deliver/ manage the area of business ensuring the appropriate and desired results. You will need to provide line management/supervision of the team, whilst offering input into continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment. You will need to have excellent people skills and be looking to work for a growing/market leader.
