Use a range of communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, Google chat, face to face and over the phone Involvement with responding directly to emails social media comments, google reviews, etc. Use a bespoke CRM system to monitor and analyse online activity. Google analytics and AdWords, and SEMrush. Use Google ads editor, WordPress and chat ChatGPT there main digital marketing tools.
