CQC Registered Manager

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and skilled Registered Manager to lead our 3-bedded CQC registered residential home for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home for adults with learning disabilities - Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met - Supervise and organise training for staff members, providing guidance and support - Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations - Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical care - Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents - Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements: - Previous experience in a management role - Knowledge of legislations, CQC regulations and guidance - Strong supervisory and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to create and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs Candidate Must have level 5(or recognised equivalent) or be working towards this. Flexibility is required when shifts are required to be covered. Salary to be discussed and based upon experience and qualifications.
