Catering Manager Education Activity Centre Berwick-upon-Tweed Salary 35,000 per annum plus company benefits The Opportunity A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.The Role You will ensure that the kitchen and dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch and dinner times.You will ensure you and your team of chefs and catering assistants maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitoring due diligence.Management and leadership of a large team and high volume catering on a daily basis aswell as ensuring the dining area runs smoothly The role is working 5 days out of 7 42 hours per week The ideal applicant We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment.You will have a high attention to detail, ability to organise xjdpvnf and communicate is key.We would welcome candidates from the MOD, Contract Catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualifications An enhanced DBS check is required Management qualifications and proven experience of coaching and mentoring your team
