Sale Producer- Live TV

Role Overview We are looking for positive, driven, and flexible TV Producers to lead and deliver high-performing live sales television shows across Gemporias international network. This role requires creative planning, decisive execution, and the ability to adapt quickly in a live environment, ensuring every show feels unique, exciting, and commercially successful. As Producer, you are the key decision-maker during your shift, with full responsibility for sales performance and creative delivery. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Creatively plan, structure, and deliver live TV shows that maximise conversion, revenue, and profitability. Live Decision Making: React quickly and confidently to live sales data, audience behaviour, and changing priorities. Creative Show Planning: Continuously refine and evolve presentations to keep content fresh and make every show feel special. Team Leadership: Motivate and support presenters and studio teams to consistently push performance and exceed targets. Performance Optimisation: Balance creativity and commercial thinking to deliver immediate, profitable results. What Were Looking For Positive, resilient, and highly driven individuals with a strong sales instinct. A flexible mindset, able to adapt to live pressures, shifting priorities, and varied working hours. Strong communication, numeracy, and strategic thinking skills. Calm, focused, and detail-driven in high-pressure environments. Previous sales experience (jewellery, fashion, or luxury advantageous but not essential).
