Youll be customer-focused, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage, but its not essential what matters most is your ability to deliver exceptional service and results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage enquiries and guide clients through the buying journey from reservation to completionConfidently negotiate reservations and secure salesProvide regular updates on build progressCoordinate client choices and extrasEnsure compliance with health and safety during site visitsConduct market research and report findings to the Sales DirectorAssist with marketing events and promotional activitiesMaintain a presentable and welcoming sales suite/show homeHandle client queries and deliver outstanding customer careOversee property handovers on completionUnderstand build programmes and industry standardsKey Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience in the property industryProven experience in off-plan property salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Us?
