Job DescriptionJob Title Contract Administrator Location Bellshill ML43NJContract Length 7 months initially potentially longer Pay Rate 12.75A professional and courteous manner at all times; with the ability to communicate effectively with Colleagues, Managers and Customers etc. Provide direction and assistance to operational personnel. Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors as and when requiredAssigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, Pest Control, contractual obligations are met fullyCollating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reportingDaily reactive reporting to the clientAssigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractorEnsuring Sub-contractor Planner is accurately maintained at all timesCompletion of the monthly client performance dashboard reportRaising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices with meticulous attention to detail Problem solving assisting with operational problems and finding a resolution through CAFM systems, Coupa, SAP, Magellan etcAssisting the Account Manager with all aspects of the operation including but not limited to booking travel, organising meetings, completing Spreadsheets and writing performance reportsProficient IT skills; with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including, SAP, Planon, Coupa, Word and Excel.(Training on SAP/Planon & Coupa).Also accessing and updating Customers PortalsOther administrative duties as required to support business needsQualifications or Required Experience:.Proficient user of MS Office Applications including Word and Excel. Ideally a working knowledge of SAP, Planon and Coupa, although training will be given on these applications.A professional and courteous manner is required at all times; ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers.Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business needsExcellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand and liaise with others
