TIG Welder People Solutions are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder to join our well-established client based in Leicester, East Midlands . Shifts: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 Friday 08:00 to 15:30 Rates of Pay: 14.00 14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits: Free on-site parking Weekly pay Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity No weekend work Supportive and friendly workshop environment Day-to-Day Duties: TIG welding on a variety of sheet metal components Inspecting finished work to ensure compliance with strict quality standards Using a range of air tools and hand tools to complete work tasks Completing all required production paperwork accurately Reading and understanding basic engineering drawings Working with a variety of materials and job specifications as required Essential Skills: Proven experience in TIG welding Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications Experience using hand tools and air tools safely and effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail Desirable Experience: Previous experience in precision TIG welding Experience working within an engineering or fabrication workshop environment Training Provided: Industry-related training and full on-the-job support provided throughout your assignment Apply Today: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a TIG Welder , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
