This remote role offers the opportunity to shape policy, technical standards and provide expert building control advice.What We're Looking ForThe ideal Registered Building Inspector (Class 3H) will bring:Class 3H Building Inspector registration (Essential - English competency)Extensive experience in building control and building regulationsProven expertise in regulatory frameworks and complianceStrong understanding of Gateway decisions and golden thread informationExperience with Safety Case Report assessmentsKnowledge of Dutyholder compliance requirements under the new regulatory regimeAbility to provide specialist technical advice to multidisciplinary teamsExperience contributing to policy development and technical standardsStrong analytical and communication skillsBPSS security clearance (or ability to obtain)About the RoleThis Registered Building Inspector (Class 3H) contract offers the opportunity to work on the implementation of the new building safety regulatory regime, providing specialist expertise to support Gateway applications, Safety Case Reports, and enforcement cases.
