Job Description Im partnering with a scaling B2B technology business with a strong enterprise client base and growing international presence. With a well-established product and clear market demand, the company is now focused on accelerating growth.This role is suited to a proven enterprise seller; someone comfortable navigating complexity, building relationships quickly, and owning revenue targets end-to-end.What Youll DoOwn the full sales cycle Manage deals from initial outreach through to close. Youll handle complex, high-value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.Generate pipeline Take responsibility for building and maintaining your own pipeline. Identify target accounts, engage key decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities.Drive deals forward Maintain momentum across the sales process. Navigate internal buying processes, manage stakeholders effectively, and remove blockers to close.Collaborate internally Work closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership. Share feedback and contribute to improving overall sales performance.What Were Looking ForDemonstrated success closing high-value B2B deals within SaaS or technology environmentsExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesA proactive, self-sufficient approach to pipeline generationStrong commercial mindset with ownership of targets and results3-5 years experience in a full-cycle sales roleFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales engagement toolsAbility to navigate large organisations and identify key decision-makersStrong judgement when qualifying opportunitiesExperience selling into regulated or complex industries is advantageousExposure to data, analytics, or emerging technologies is a plus
